Robert C. ter Kuile serves as the Vice President of Sustainability in the Global Impact Organization for McKesson, where he joined in 2022. He is responsible for defining and executing McKesson’s global sustainability strategies, goals, and initiatives, across all McKesson Business Units.

Before joining McKesson, Robert served as the Global Director of Environmental Affairs for more than five years with Amazon, the Vice President of Sustainability for Fossil Group, and spent 14 years in a variety of positions with PepsiCo, enabling their environmental and sustainability platforms.

He also serves on the Executive Committee for the Collaborative for Healthcare Action to Reduce MedTech Emissions (CHARME), the Penn State Sustainability Advisory Board, and the Steering Committee for the National Academies of Medicines Climate Action Collaborative.

Robert resides in Franklin, TN with his wife, Christina, and two daughters, Cora and Wren.
