Sustainable Clothing Action Plan 2020 Commitment

What is SCAP 2020?

An industry-led action plan

SCAP successfully brought together fashion retailers, charity retailers and textile recyclers to reduce the impacts of clothing consumed in the UK.

From 2012 to 2020 our pioneering industry-led action plan delivered positive environmental and economic outcomes for forward-looking UK fashion and textiles organisations.

WRAP has convened working groups, helped signatories identify improvement actions, set targets, measured and verified progress and shared expertise and best practice, enabling a significant proportion of the UK textiles industry to reduce the carbon, water and waste impacts of clothing products.

The guidelines, support and tools that SCAP provides makes it a great place for any brand starting their sustainable journey.
