Transforming the world’s broken systems is our day job. Make it yours too.
Our ambition
At WRAP we want to change the world. We want to transform our planet’s broken systems — radically reducing waste and carbon emissions from everyday products.
To make this happen, we work with businesses, governments, and individuals on ambitious projects all around the world. We’re a truly international organisation — our products, strategies and initiatives reach all areas of the globe.
But we cannot do this on our own. We need passionate, enthusiastic team members to help take on the challenge. Everyone at WRAP plays their part — our people are our most valuable asset.
Ready to join us? We welcome applications from everyone regardless of your age, race, gender, neurodiversity, ability, beliefs, sexuality, or personal preferences.

Hybrid and flexible working
At WRAP, we value flexibility. You will be able to work from home and come into the office to collaborate with your teams when required. We offer flexitime with adaptable core hours, and we don’t believe in a culture of presenteeism - what matters is the impact you make.
Our culture
Equality, diversity and inclusion are integral to our working culture at WRAP.
We’re proud of who we were and who we have become.
Over the last few years, we’ve been working towards creating a truly inclusive and diverse culture — partly by integrating our ‘SHIFT’ values across everything we do: Sustainability, Honesty, Integrity, Fairness and Teamwork – but we also understand it’s a journey and not a destination.
We welcome individuals who stand out and bring their unique strengths.
Affinity Groups
The WRAP workplace is home to a number of Affinity groups. They help create a sense of community, provide support networks and build camaraderie through shared common experiences and identities. Here are a few from our extensive list:
- The FREDIE network: A winner at the 2022 FREDIE Awards, our active network actively works to embed equality, diversity, and inclusion across everything that we do.
- Early Careers Network: A Teams channel for anyone early in their career or who has recently changed career paths to connect and support each other.
- Menopause Café: This ‘café’ is an informal chat with colleagues to share your experiences, any tips you have and to ask any menopause-related questions in a friendly, safe environment.
- Health Support Group: A place where colleagues can discuss living with illness and disabilities and support each other both in the workplace and outside of WRAP.
