Executive Director, Behaviour Change
Behaviour Change was founded in 2009 and became part of the WRAP group in January 2022. Behaviour Change helps businesses, charities, government and foundations create social and environmental change with big ideas grounded in behavioural science.
David spent the first 12 years of his career in top flight advertising agencies, leading strategy and creative projects and honing his expertise in qual and quant research, evaluation and workshop facilitation. He then founded Behaviour Change following three years leading an international climate change campaign.
His aim is to bring together the best of tried and tested marketing methods like market research and creative design with the new world of behavioural tools and interventions - ensuring that Behaviour Change’s work is both engaging and effective. He is passionate about demystifying behavioural science and is regularly asked to speak at conferences and in the media. He has delivered training and mentoring to organisations including Groundwork, Cambridge University and WWF.
