WRAP wins FREDIE

WRAP is delighted to have been awarded the Small to Medium Sized Business of the Year at the 2022 FREDIE awards (Fairness, Respect, Equality, Diversity, Inclusion and Engagement), organised by the National Centre for Diversity.

The Climate Action NGO is now ranked the 69th most inclusive organisation to work for of the UK’s top 100 organisations.

Marcus Gover, WRAP CEO said, This is a special one. Winning this FREDIE award from the National Centre for Diversity is testament to the dedication of everyone at WRAP to ensuring that we are as diverse and inclusive as we possibly can be. I am particularly grateful to our Diversity Network, and our HR team led by Angela Pulley for their unwavering efforts in driving our progress on this.

“I am very proud that FREDIE (Fairness, Respect, Equality, Diversity, Inclusion, and Engagement) principles are fully embedded across all that we do at WRAP, but we know that there is always more to learn and improve on.”
