Local authorities in England must comply with the requirements of Simpler Recycling.
This guidance covers setting up a separate collection or expanding existing services. These changes apply to both households with kerbside collections and flats or communal properties.
All template assets are editable and can be tailored to reflect your council recycling service.
Please refer to the images of materials and containers and Rescue Me characters when editing the assets to align with your local collection services.
A supporting information pack is available which includes: web page copy, frequently asked questions, social media posts, a press release and a council newsletter/blog.
