This webinar was designed to help local authorities effectively plan and develop communications that support service changes, whether it’s the introduction of a new waste service or changes to existing recycling schemes.
Highlighting the important role of communications in supporting operational activities, key topics covered include the planning cycle, branding and messaging, budgeting, monitoring and evaluation.
Advice is included on which communications are considered ‘Essentials’ and ‘Nice to haves’, providing indicative costs for different activities. We have also given examples of recent communications that local authorities have developed to support service change.
