Recycle Week 2024 will take place from the 14 to 20 October 2024. This year’s theme – ‘Rescue Me. Recycle’ will focus on rescuing everyday recyclable items that often end up in the rubbish bin, when they could've been recycled!
Recycle Week will remind citizens that recycling is worthwhile and will encourage them to rescue these items and recycle them.
Recycle Now is teaming up with local authorities, brands, retailers, waste management companies, and NGOs to share the incredible journey of what happens to our recycling. Together, we'll showcase the entire process – from collection and processing to the transformation of recycled materials into new products to demonstrate that recycling is worthwhile.
